Our mission is to bring information and support to Linn and Benton county residents in a continuing effort to promote healthy living and aging. This unique community-wide event brings together seniors, baby boomers, educators, service providers, and resources. We aim to educate, empower, and enable our community members to pursue a healthy lifestyle and thrive! The 2009 show features a variety of local and statewide services, businesses and organizations.
		Many free Health Screenings Nine presentations on various health and wellness topics. Door prizes, Lots and lots of door prizes! Demonstrations, including Tai Chi, Pilates, and Shodo. Event volunteers proudly provided by Soroptimist International of Albany is an organization of professional women and men dedicated to enhancing the lives of women and children through education, communication and community service. Signature project: One of our signature projects is the annual Walk for the Cause held on the first Saturday of October. In 2009 a run will be added to this event. All proceeds remain in the Albany and Lebanon area to provide detection, treatment and support services for breast cancer and other diseases affecting women.
